CAD Models

Shown here are the CAD models created using SolidWorks and the OEM drawing. The client was able to use the CAD models to create a die for forming multiples of the frame and hat parts. Shop drawings of the inner and outer skin were used to roll-form those pieces and layout the rivet and spot weld patterns for final assembly.
