CH-47 Engine Inlet Assembly

This is an exploded view of the inlet duct fairing created with SolidWorks CAD using client-supplied drawings. The majority of the circular parts were made utilizing the spin-forming process over dies made from the CAD models. The ring is made using the spin-forging process, and the outer ring was spun from stainless steel. Full-size mylars were made to layout the rivet and spot-welding locations for final assembly.
