F-15 Wing Rib

Shown here is a leading edge rib for an F-15 wing. The CAD model was developed using the client-supplied OEM drawing and loft data. The model was used to program a 5-axis CNC mill to machine the finished part from a solid block of 7075-T7 aluminum.
