Blade Oiling Station

This is a concept model for a more efficient way of applying preservative oil to circular saw blades. The rack of blades is lowered into the oil tank, while the remaining positions are drip-trays were the racks of dipped blades can be placed while excess preservative oil drains off the blades and back into the tank. A centrally mounted jib crane and pneumatic hoist allow the operator to move the racks of blades from position to position and ultimately to a cart placed beside the station for continued processing.
